OUR POLICY
Welcome to Spa J'Adore! We are dedicated to offering you exceptional relaxation and wellness services. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our policy guidelines. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be adjusted accordingly. This policy is in place to ensure that all clients receive their full treatment time and to keep our schedule on track. The full service fee remains applicable, as the appointment slot was reserved specifically for you.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and intoxication can impact both your health and the quality of the services provided. Additionally, services at Spa J'adore are available only to clients who are 18 years of age or older, and we may request proof of age. For those who are pregnant, we may also refuse service to ensure that treatments are suitable for your condition and to prioritize your safety and that of your baby.
Package Use
Spa packages are intended solely for the use of the purchaser and are non-transferable. This policy ensures that the value and exclusivity of each package are maintained, allowing each individual who invested in the package to enjoy its benefits fully.
Package Expiration
All purchased packages must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining services will expire. This policy helps us manage our resources and ensures that clients have ample time to enjoy their services within a reasonable timeframe.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased for use at Spa J'adore cannot be redeemed for cash. They are intended solely for the enjoyment of our services and products, serving as a special treat or gift rather than a monetary exchange.
