This document outlines the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy applicable to services and reservations booked through Booking.com and Mindbody, as well as direct communication with our business.
By booking a service, appointment, or stay, you agree to the terms below.
PART I: TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are processed through Booking.com and/or Mindbody.
- Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are governed by the platform used at the time of booking.
- We do not store full credit card information.
2. Appointments, Check-In & Arrival
- Guests/clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment or check-in.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services without refund, subject to availability.
- No-shows may be charged according to the platform’s policy.
3. Client & Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and health information when required
- Follow house rules, service guidelines, and staff instructions
- Respect property, equipment, and other guests or clients
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations, as permitted by law.
4. Health & Service Disclaimer (Mindbody Services)
For wellness, beauty, or esthetic services:
- Services are not medical treatments
- Results are not guaranteed
- Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions
Services are provided at the client’s own discretion and risk.
5. Property Damage & Liability
- Guests/clients are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, liability is limited to direct damages only.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where legally permitted, without discrimination.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
PART II: PRIVACY POLICY (CALIFORNIA)
8. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- Booking and appointment details
- Payment confirmation (no full card numbers)
- Health or intake information (Mindbody services only)
- Communications via Booking.com or Mindbody
We do not knowingly collect unnecessary sensitive personal information.
9. Purpose of Data Collection
Personal information is used for:
- Managing bookings and appointments
- Client communication and service delivery
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Safety, record-keeping, and quality improvement
- Sharing of Information We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with:
- Booking.com or Mindbody for operational purposes
- Legal authorities when required by law
- Essential service providers (if applicable)
11. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as:
- Necessary for service fulfillment
- Required by California or federal law
Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal data is collected
- Access and request copies of their data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion (subject to legal exceptions)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights
Requests may be submitted through the platform used for booking.
13. Security Measures
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
14. Third-Party Platforms
This policy applies only to data processed by our business.
Data handled by Booking.com and Mindbody is governed by their respective privacy policies.
15. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy may be updated as required by law or operational changes.
The version in effect at the time of booking applies.

Spa J’Adore Policies Booking & Payment
Spa J’Adore accepts booking online, via phone call or text message.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
Therapist gender preference is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled service and will be charged the full service price.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
- This policy applies to all services, including those booked with gift cards, promotions, packages, or prepaid services.
By booking an appointment, you authorize Spa J’Adore to charge the credit card on file in accordance with this policy.
Late Arrival Policy
To respect all guests’ time, treatments will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals are responsible for the full service fee.
Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, medical concerns, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or medications that may affect their treatment.
Spa J’Adore is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage services.
Scope of Practice
All services provided at Spa J’Adore are for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only
and are not medical treatments.
No diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice is provided.
Cleanliness & Safety
Spa J’Adore maintains strict sanitation and hygiene standards.
All treatment areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after every service in accordance with California regulations.
Personal Belongings
Spa J’Adore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service prices.
An 18–20% gratuity based on the full service price is customary and appreciated.
For groups of more than four (4) guests, a 20% gratuity may be automatically applied.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
Third-party vouchers must be refunded through the original provider.
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiration, the amount paid may be applied toward regular-priced services.
Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil environment:
- Please keep voices low
- Silence all electronic devices during treatments
Right to Refuse Service
Spa J’Adore reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for safety, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.
